About Us

Founded in 1988, Shanghai Technology Innovation Center (STIC) is a governmental innovation agency affiliated to Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. STIC is responsible for a series of tech-SMEs policy implementation as well as technology transfer networking and incubation coordinating. STIC has played as the supporting organization of STBIA (Shanghai Technology Business Incubation Association), the leading organization of Shanghai IBI (International Business Incubator), the secretariat of Incubation Network in East China, and the founding member & the secretariat of AABI (Asian Association of Business Incubation).
